First off it said it had a laundry facility and they said it was out of order the bathroom had mold on walls on tile still waiting for $75 refund that I had to pay a deposit back in January this year I wasn't ask for a deposit at all

Rooms have throng smoke smell

I left after trying two rooms. They smell terrible. My eyes hurt and sinuses burned. The rooms reeked of smoke, musty, and chemicals. I’ve never had an issue with this brand and I have to say it will be hard for me to go back to them after this experience.

It was ok, its just our room was never cleaned up as requested. Although we put “don’t disturb” on the 1st & 2nd day of our stay but we removed it on the 3rd day hoping the housekeeping will do he cleaning & replace the towels & beddings as well. Anyway, the breakfast was very good. Thanks.

This property looks nothing like the photographs for booking. I wish I would’ve read the reviews. Had to change rooms because the first room. The door wouldn’t lock deadbolt didn’t work top security lock didn’t work. Next room had broken window, stains all over the bathroom wall, mold on the ceiling, stains on both comforters, burn holes, etc. Sink had 2 bottle caps and hair in the drain, blood on the floor and dirty carpet. This property is in such dire need of repair that it should be bulldozed and start over, because nothing on the grounds was clean, walk to the room, pool area, everywhere was in disrepair.

The room was disgusting..stains all over the comforter and shower curtain had a red stain. It smelled The receptionist said they have ordered new comforters and shower curtains for all the rooms. I don't reccomend this hotel. Waste of my money.
