Enjoy the comfort of our fully-equipped carriage house (2nd story) private apartment with separate entrance in historic Speer neighborhood. Excellent walk-ability (5 minutes) to local bars, coffee shops, restaurants and public transportation. Free street parking. 1.5 miles from State Capitol , Denver Convention Center, Pepsi Center, Denver Art Museum and the Denver Performing Arts Center.

In the spirit of keeping travel affordable we have not raised our prices in over two years - even though our operating costs have increased. We’ll never ask you to strip beds, do the laundry, or take out the trash. We pay a generous living wage to our housekeeper and professionally clean the laundry. We only ask for the place to respectfully put the place back in order like you found it.

Located in the heart of Denver, with accessibility to nearly everything. Bike/walk on the Cherry Creek path, just a couple blocks up the street. It's surrounded by so much activity but offers a quiet respite from the outside world. You'll love the clean, warm, contemporary style on the inside with blackout shades in the bedroom. A full kitchen with spices and basics, if you choose to cook. But why would you want to cook when you have sports bars, fine restaurants, Sushi bars, breakfast cafes within a couple minutes walk??? We'll supply you with coffee, tea and a few other niceties.!

If you are flying into Denver, it's an easy light rail ride to Denver's Union Station. You could take a short bus ride from Union Station down to our stop (Broadway and 1st Ave) and have a 5 minute walk to the Logan Street Urban Refuge. Depending on what you plan to do in Denver, it's highly possible you wouldn't need a car. Your hosts are respectful of your privacy but are available to help you navigate the city/state if you have questions, or to talk and enjoy meeting new people. Please do not put used linens in the washing machine. We use a laundry service to supply our clean linens.
If there are dirty dishes in the dishwasher please use a detergent tab and set it to run as you leave.
Close all windows before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT. GUESTS CAN SMOKE ON THE BALCONY. SPENT TOBACCO SHOULD BE DISPOSED IN OUTSIDE TRASHCAN.
