So much information only in digital/electronic format was overwhelming and difficult to navigate. Lack of dining facilities in building was also a drawback. Hotel was otherwise fine.

The parking situation to check in is a nightmare. We never received the check in room and door number so I had to call customer service and wait on hold, it did only take about 20 minutes. The view and location is great. Cleanliness was subpar, dirty sheets and rusty metal in the bathroom. That said, it was nice to be able to walk everywhere.

We loved the location. The pool and gym were clean and fun to utilize on our trip. The space itself felt cold with harsh lighting. The mattress pad on the extra bed was stained with blood. The sink in the master bathroom did not drain well.

Although our family of three only stayed for one night, we enjoyed it bec it’s conveniently located near Coors Field and restaurants. Our unit was aptly furnished and modern, and instructions on check-in, etc were clear and detailed. Will stay here again!

Whole foods across the street was super convenient, lots of dining in a short walking distance. Coors field is a 15 min walk. Mint house was clean and convenient, our room was beautiful. Gym and pool was a plus very clean solid equipment. I'd 100% stay here again and recommend others stay jere too.

Room was large (two bedrooms) with full kitchen and washer & dryer. Pull out couch. Comfortable mattresses. AMAZING gym. Large pool. A great place to stay while visiting Denver.

Don’t Stay Here

This property is ridiculous, I would not stay here again. Nothing is easily accessible or simple. Codes often do not work for elevators, parking is over priced and in order to obtain parking you have to go through this process of calling, waiting on hold and then going to retrieve your parking pass from some lock box in the building. And if you want help from the front desk you can forget about it, they basically know nothing and will just tell you to call a number or scan a QR code and figure it out. I never write these kinds of reviews but this place deserves one like this.

They are supposed to send virtual check-in, but failed on this so I had to call and figure out their issue. They were supposed to send details of unit #, with elevator code and room code. They also failed to do this, so I had to call again. The person who works at the front desk is not able to help with anything except providing phone number for Mint house, useless. If you’re ok dealing with all of this, then the stay was great. I’d find another place with better customer service, not worth the hassles.
