Modern well equipt apt, washer and dryer great after tour travelling. Bed bathroom comfortable and spacious. Only issue wanted to use pool, under maintence on a Monday. Would recommend apt for anyone.

The check in at this apartment is the most difficult process that I’ve experienced, and as there are several choices in the area, it is not worth staying here. If you are driving, I would definitely not stay here. They oversold the parking spaces and we couldn’t use the parking we’d paid for for several hours. Finding alternative parking is difficult and it was an additional expense. We ran into multiple other people who had the same problems. There is no staff onsite for Mint House. The staff onsite were for the apartment building that mint house rents their spaces from. It seemed this staff was mostly fielding Mint House problems. If you need help, you call a 1-800 number. I had to call three times. The person who answers is reading a script. At one point, they didn’t understand what I was saying and canceled my parking. It took several minutes to clarify that I wanted to be able to use the parking I paid for. In two out of three of my calls, they said they needed to check with supervisors and would call me back. I never received a call back. We only received one key fob, and we’re supposed to receive two. Because we’d waited hours already for the parking, and getting into the room was so complicated, I just didn’t worry about it. Our family just had to do more planning when we wanted to do separate activities. The apartment presents well. The beds are uncomfortable. If you want to do laundry, bring your own detergent. There is a very nice gym for the apartment complex.

The property and itself is beautiful. We did notice a lot of people coming in were waiting in the visitor parking at the same time and there was not much visitor parking at all. There was no communication whatsoever. We had to call customer service in Washington DC. We were staying at the Denver location, and she was not very helpful in us finding the “future resident parking” then we asked for an early check in because there was no parking. We never received an email had to call once again to customer service. Finally got a text sms with all of the confusing instructions. Even then, there are too many steps, and codes. We never got the “Garage Fob” that was supposed to be in our room and we were then having to have someone who lived here long term let us in. The front desk personal were very nice, even though they were limited in the way they were able to assist us. We asked them where our “garage fob” would be and they stated they were not in control of that and didn’t have a spare available. We were told to call customer service once again. We figured there was not point since we were staying one night. Otherwise the place is clean and great views the amenities look great as well. It’s in a good area to get a little bit of everything. The in person staff were more than helpful with providing the best recommendations and directions.

Check in process

The check-in process was very confusing and then when we went to the room, it didn’t work. We had to find a person to help us and they moved us to another room because they sent me the wrong code in the wrong information. Someone helped us in the elevator to get to a floor. I understand that they need safety measures, but they need to have it more clear for their patrons. I was not the only person that was having trouble getting into their room.

Quiet. Close to lightrail and train station. Whole foods across the street for all food and beverages. Amenities are great. Penthouse pavilion's views are amazing!

Not an ounce of flexibility on check in which happened to correspond to our son’s engagement party that also began at 3. Could t speak with human. Then when we go to the hotel, the key code don’t work. I went down to the desk and the two people there explained that they had nothing to do with the hotel. Had to get on a call to SE Asia. Also the room smelled bad: overall a terrible experience, although the pillows were decent.

Was hard to get settled as there was no parking to get our parking pass. Carpets were not vacuumed well. Had I known this was not a hotel and that it required background checks and uploading of IDs and selfies, I would’ve chosen something else. However, after our stay, now that I know how things work, I would stay here again.

Lovely apartment, generally well furnished and stocked. Excellent location--convenient to Union Station and free bus. Very clean. The lack of a lamp in the family room creates a problem for evening activities. Please add a floor lamp. Instructions for using elevator were weak. Was difficult to figure out and needed help from other residents. Saw other people having the same issues. Overall, a very nice stay!
