Horrible had booked it and when we got there they said we couldn’t go in after we had already booked because they said they check in times was at 6am and was just trying to sleep at that moment arrival 3am super dumb !!! This room shouldn’t have been rented. Discount or refund needed. There is a hole in the bathroom wall. The light on the bathroom does not light the bathroom no cover over non working bathroom light. Tv not working. Beside plug not attached to the wall. Light bulb and socket in the lamp broken

The front desk staff (Tracy?) was amazing, but the property was definitely not what was described on Expedia. The room had limited amenities, the A/C didn't work properly, and there were dead bugs on the floor. They're transitioning to a Motel 6, so perhaps there will be upgrades.
