Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off ac/heat and fireplace, if it's freezing out, leave baseboard in bathroom on with door closed. thank you.
Be sure to leave the spare key, there's a $75 charge to rekey locks.
Put trash in black bin at top of driveway; recycle in purple bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
