I specifically booked for my kids to use the pool before we went to the airport the next morning. However, the pool room and water itself did not appear heated! The thermostat was set at 76 degrees but it was 61 degrees and the staff - despite being very nice - said they couldn't do anything about it. Disappointing. Will definitely pick a different place the next time.

Decent Stay, Close to Airport

I stayed here for a couple days while visiting Denver. It was located close to the airport and very accessible to the airport via shuttle and downtown via the RTD Commuter Rail (though the station is about a mile and half from the hotel but still walkable). The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast options were decent but very limited and lacking in some aspects. The pool would have been nice except it was frigid as if the heater was not working. Overall, it was an ok stay if you plan on just sleeping here and spending most of the time outside exploring.

I like the condition of the property, I didn't like it that the pool was cold, and I choose the hotel because the pool and I was taking my grandson, but it was a shame that we cannot use the pool, the water was cold and also the room where the pool was it was cold
