I recently stayed at this establishment, and while the rooms were perfectly adequate and comfortable, what truly stood out was the exceptional service at the front desk from Zoei. The host was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience. The place is 7 mins from the airport but the building smelled like cigarettes. The sheets were dirty and when I called to have a crib or clean sheet I was told to go downstairs to the lobby and get it myself.

The staff when we checked out was so helpful. She booked our shuttle and then did a wake up call. Hot tub was so nice! My cellphone was in the sheets of our bed. I left it. I called to see if it was turned in . They reimbursed us for the trip.

My Itinerary Was Business 1st Class! So My Flight Was 1st Class, The Rental Was A Premium Member Rental, and I Image They Tried To Book Me At A Well Put Together Hotel.?! The Area Its Located In… NICE! No Shade Towards The Front Desk, Cooks, Or Cleaning Service… They’re Doing The Best With What The Have To Work With! This Hotel Could Use a Make Over! Seems Old! I Work For A Closet & Cabinet Company Doing Finish Work As Well… This Place Is Old and IF They Have Done Any Renovations… They Hired A Few Friends and Paid Them For a Rush Job! The Staff WAS Extremely Friendly! As I Said… Its Not Their Building! *RENOVATIONS NEEDED*
