This house made our girls trip amazing. Spacious living room, comfy beds, fire pit, hot tub and 3 bathrooms. We were close to everything we wanted to do. I highly recommend this home. It was so clean and well stocked with everything you need. They cover all essentials. Book it!!!

Outdoor games and hot tub, arcade, playground and tennis courts only a few steps away
 this property has it all! We decided to move last night of our Colorado vacation back to Denver and closer to the airport, and all the creature comforts this house offered definitely helped our younger travelers unwind after their time in the mountains. Eric made sure our check in was smooth and the property was clean as a whistle. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in Denver with younger travelers.

So much fun to be had!

My family, six adults and two elementary age children, recently stayed at this property and we had so much fun we didn’t need to go anywhere else! One of the highlights was a double elimination ping-pong tournament in the garage on the last night. My son and I played bocce ball in the large backyard in the grass (the provided bocce “frame” sloped in one direction, so the balls all rolled over there), we cooked out, had multiple nights around the fire pit, crazy karaoke sessions, Jenga, hot tub sessions, the list goes on and on! I also took my Pickleball skills next-door to the park and joined up with some seniors who play every morning about 8 AM. One morning, some of us drove about 15 minutes to get to Red Rocks Trail for a hike and then visited the amphitheater, which I’m glad we did. The accommodations were very nice and comfortable, with room to spread out, and they truly thought of everything. Part of our family flew in to the Denver airport, which I believe was about 40 minutes away, and some drove. We would definitely stay here again and it was worth every penny!
My daughter got on ChatGPT and it planned a double elimination ping-pong tournament for us!
I recommend playing bocce ball in the grass due to the slope of this frame, but it was still very fun.

Great Home for a Family Holiday Get Together

This is an outstanding property that perfectly met the needs of our family's Thanksgiving get together. Amenities kept the kids (ages 7, 8 and 10) happy. Kitchen was more than adequate for preparing the holiday meal. Location in the Denver area is ideal. Beds and furniture kept us all very comfortable. Next time we have a family gathering in the Denver area, we will be looking to rent this property. Many thanks to Eric for his fine communication before and during our stay.

October Girls Teip

Had an excellent stay at this property with 11 people. House was clean and nicely decorated. We used the hot tub, pickle ball court and fire pit while there. The coffee bar was great! The host was available and answered any questions that we had. The location was great for us to be able to Uber downtown or drive into the mountains. The only comment I have is that the couches were not sofa befd but a pretty large sectional. The person who slept on one said it was very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this house for future stays.

Great experience here. Fire pit, grill, hot tub all worked great. The bunk beds are a little small so just set expectations. But overall the house was great and we didn't have any issues. Plenty of activities provided and pickleball park right next door. Bring your own body wash.

Softball Trip

Just as described
we had friends stay here the year before and couldn’t wait to come back!!! Perfect for a large group. Everything is updated and lots of games to play on the property! Park next door and tennis courts were available as well everyday. Will definitely come back.

Eric’s house worked perfectly for our family. It was very comfortable. The only downside is there is no ac in the basement and we stayed during a heat wave. So it got a little uncomfortable. We would highly recommend it.

Perfect family get together !

Great property and nicely remodeled! Great for our dog with the solid privacy fence. Everyone enjoyed the family meals around the table that fit 11 perfectly! Kids and parents enjoyed all the amenities - hot tub, skeeball, ping pong, pop-a-shot, and foosball. It even warmed up to enjoy the pickleball courts and playground on the same lot. A few things to improve: Hot tub towels for each guest, skewers for the fire pit for making smores. We weren’t able to locate the tennis balls or bocce balls to play. There was a vintage video game box that was advertised in photos that wasn’t there. The host was awesome and responsive to what he could do at the time.

Girls Birthday Weekend!

I planned a girls trip for my sisters birthday and 9 of us celebrated in this property! The place was excellent, even nicer in person, plenty of space and bedrooms. Great decor for all of our epic photos! Great place for big groups! This place will be on my back up for future vacations! I would stay here again. We loved everything about it!! Cozy, spacious, modern, clean, plenty of games ! Highly recommend! The host is very responsive and professional. Check in was easy! Hot tub was perfect! We had a blast with our 80s themed birthday!! Family Thanksgiving

The home accommodated a large family gathering very nicely. Only 4 adults and 2 kids stayed but we hosted over 25 people for dinner and it had space for all of us. We did have to bring in extra tables and chairs but there was plenty of room to fit our large group. It’s an older home but has been renovated very nicely and we were very comfortable there. The host is very thoughtful and outfitted the house with things we didn’t know we’d need for example a baby gate to block the stairs for the 2 year old. Most impressive though was the hosts prompt response when we had an issue with the breaker. He came and had it fixed the same day we notified him of the problem which was amazing. The host was super responsive to messages from the moment we booked through the end of our stay (and beyond). It’s obvious he cares about providing the best experience for guests. I’d highly recommend this place for large groups.

Batchelor Party Stay

We had a crew of around 12 guys stay for a Batchelor party weekend. The house is a perfect setup. The games and hot tub were awesome. Highly recommend. Eric was a great host.
