Overall a nice hotel. However the bar lobby/restaurant downstairs constantly had music playing that I could hear all night from the fifth floor. At least turn the music off at night. I got absolutely no sleep. Such a horrible experience.

I was told by the staff that it was safe to park on the street because I didn't want to pay $32 a night to park in parking garage and there was a homicide next to my vehicle and couldn't make my time slot for white water rafting due to crime scene investigation. Hotel did let me park for free the last night in the garage, however, couldn't leave to get food or anything else during this time and thought they would of offered us something to eat during this time. Also they had the hot tub down for maintenance more than it was open. Breakfast not included in stay but was listed as included when booking room.

Comfortable stay

This hotel is quite a distance from the Downtown area so factor in the price of Ubers. Other than that the rooms are big clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also very good. They do have an issue with their wifi connection though.

Felt safe while within property but wow is the surrounding area rough. There’s an old Residence Inn (?) next door that looks like it’s been converted to homeless housing. Every night we saw emergency vehicles there and groups of people loitering. Tons of trash everywhere in that direction but the security staff kept the hotel area clear.
