To get started id like to note that the housekeeping staff is excellent and very easy going and accommodating when it came to request. my only complaint is the parking, i stayed 7 nights and at 32 a night thats over 200 dollars thats crazy work especially for the location. I just parked in the neighborhood next to the hotel to save myself the money. Other than that the room was nice all the staff was nice just that parking sucks

This hotel is aged, but in great condition. Pros: the hotel shuttle takes you to the train, which is a few stops from Union Square and saves on Uber costs; there is a brewery around the corner, friendly staff. Cons: the indoor pool was closed and filthy as was the hot tub; the neighborhood is not walkable with lots of transients, is industrial and far from downtown. Overall great bang for your buck!

The property was well maintained and clean, however it can be much better. The parking garage (which costs like $35/day btw) is dirty and smells (trash cans overfilled). The facility itself is clean but nothing too crazy or fancy, the shower was a little annoying though with the water going everywhere.

We loved having a mountain view balcony, the room cleaning staff were amazing, the night appetizers and drinks at the bar, and the Starbucks Barista, Jesse James, were the excellent. Short drive to stores if you need anything! Unfortunately when we went to the pool in the evening, it was visibly dirty and the hot tub was as well. The room furniture could use some TLC. The staff inside the hotel were very polite and professional-Great Staff. The Valet when we arrived was pleasant until we said we would self park. Then he couldn't give us the time of day. We would stay there again when we come to Denver. The views of the mountains, location, and the staff do make it worth it.

Overall a nice hotel. However the bar lobby/restaurant downstairs constantly had music playing that I could hear all night from the fifth floor. At least turn the music off at night. I got absolutely no sleep. Such a horrible experience.
