Do not stay here. Not at Union Station. Over priced. Bare room. No luxuries. Internet issues. The guy who fixed the internet problem was nice. No extra blankets. This is a residential building that they’re renting short term stays in. It is not a hotel and lacks customer service.

All the amenities of a high end hotel and more. Plus you get a full size apartment and can make your own meals with groceries from Whole Foods on the first floor. Helpful staff, easy check in, great pool, hot tub and gym!

Great location. Room itself was very uncomfortable. The furniture seems like it's made intentionally uncomfortable. No extra blankets, pillows etc. They don't service the room at all which is OK, but also means no clean towels, no emptying the garbage, no coffee after night one, not enough toilet paper etc. The entire stay seemed very cold and uninviting. Again though, great location. And great gym.

My stay was very stressful. First - the check-in instructions are not clear. The property has four entrances — they need to specify which one to arrive at to be able to meet the 24-7 staff. I had to get help from a friendly resident who told me “he sees confused travelers all the time” as he directed me to the correct entrance. My next issue that lasted almost the entire stay was that the shower in my room did not get hot water. I had to message multiple times, and at one point I was basically told that maintenance checked it out and said that there wasnt an issue. The shower still had cold water — so now I was both annoyed by that and because the staff basically accused me of lying. The issue was only resolved the morning of my check-in — and at that point I was told they couldnt give me a refund and that I should ask Expedia to give me a refund for these problems. Is it worth my time to be on hold and wait for hours maybe does before I might get $100 back for the cold shower problem? Maybe— but I’d say its more worth my time to avoid this property :) The staff were all friendly in-person.

The apartment was perfect, clean, spacious, and next to Whole Foods and the Train. The only thing we didn’t like was the code for the doors to get in, elevator, and apartment door were so long. One of our stays we had separate codes so it was a lot to remember.

Beautiful apartment, great views. Centrally located to easily walk to many restraunts. I felt safe walking to places. It was nice to have a whole foods store and a cvs pharmacy right below the apartment. The staff was friendly and quickly took care of a minor inconvenience we ran into with our door lock not working. The hot tub by the pool could've had better maintenance as far as cleaning, but it wasn't bad. The parking wasn't too hard with the app downloaded and the front desk was super helpful with helping us with that

Absolutely perfect location. Pool, hot tub, and common area areas were delightful. The apartment, as well as the grounds were kept very clean and nice. Very relaxing place and the Whole Foods access from the pool area was awesome! My only complaint is we did not have any TV service in the room.

The property is in a great location. Confusing to get in and more confusing to get the right code for elevator and door. The TouchStay is nice, yet doesn’t contain the codes, nor did it offer a way to find out about late check out (or in). Texting was handy, yet the customer support for text aren’t on the property thus give different info. than persons on-site. We checked in about 1 am due to airline delays. The place appeared to be fairly empty, even in the morning. Late check out denied with no reason. They have a hold luggage space. But we didn’t even get a chance to use the whole apartment never mind amenities due to the rush to get out. Room needs a bigger bed, it’s a full-size not even a queen. It could be a great place if it was run better. Won’t stay again.

This was a great property to spend a delightful day in Denver. Loved the studio room, the outdoor pool and space. Close to tons of food options and a riverwalk along the Platte. I’d stay here for a whole chill summer if I could!
