The amazing welcoming , friendly front desk staff were amazing. Always willing to answer any questions or dispense a bottle of water. Doorman were incredibly welcoming as well. Great location near EVERYTHING! However, the hotel is very dated. Charming boutique style hotel but needs updates with comfort amenities such as the air conditioning, mattress and door locks. The front desk isn’t the friendliest of people either. They acted as if they didn’t need patrons. Will stay in this area but at a different hotel on our next visit to Denver.
