This is a very nicely updated mid century modern home. The decor and furnishings were thoughtful and impressive. The location is close to Old Towne Arvada which was a primarily consideration for us when planning the trip. Old Towne is walking distance but we drove each time and we always found free parking. The host handled any issues we had in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. Check in and check out we’re simple and easy. The proximity to parks and the provided toys were a nice plus for us as well. Great place to stay.

This very cute and cozy house was perfect for my husband and I. It was decorated in a very good eclectic way. The beds were comfortable. The house was in a good location near Old Town Arvada and a short drive to our grandchildren’s house. They came over one day and enjoyed playing with the board games and toys provided with property.

Perfect location for our Red Rocks weekend! Olde Town Arvada was having a festival that added to the fun. We loved the area. Only 1.5 hours to RMNP, so that was a plus for us, too. The property was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a lovely home

This home is so cute, comfortable and clean. We came in a few days early for a concert at Red Rocks. The location was great for getting to the concert. The home was also a great location for traveling to the mountains and Golden. The old town Avada is so easy to get to and definitely worth a trip. We really enjoyed School House Kitchen and Bar (sit in the bar) especially since my daughter is a teacher. This home has everything you need and we enjoyed having the folding chairs available for our tailgating at Red Rocks before the concert. You can't go wrong staying here!
