Room was dirty on many of the surfaces. Towels in restroom had stains on them and the soaps in the shower were empty. This would not normally be a problem for me, but this was the one time I did not bring my own toiletries :( last thing is they did not have A/C in the rooms so if it is a hot or stuffy day I would look elsewhere

This property was not the prettiest or the cleanest. However the view was amazing from the porch. There was also no air conditioning, which I didn't require however I would have liked to have a screen door on the sliding door so I could keep it open. The staff was very kind and nice I did not have to deal with them except for check in. Again the view was amazing.

The view of the ocean and ease of walking to restaurants etc. The traffic on Hwy 101 is constant but to be expected and the room was still quiet with balcany door closed. The elevator is a real plus.

The only thing I did not like was the check-in. The room was normally much more. I think, and the receptionist said she would "upgrade" to the top floor for the regular price. I told her I could get it much cheaper on Expedia (because of credits) which I then did, and she seemed upset at the savings and gave us a bottom floor room with very a very limited view of the ocean. We were the only people she put on that floor and there were plenty of rooms available on the other floors. There were less than 8 cars in the parking lot the whole day and night. The room was nice, but all you had to do was walk up a small hill to get to the sliding glass door from the sidewalk. Being 2 single women in their 60's, I though she could have placed us in a more secure room and would have if we did not use the discount as she stated a top (3rd floor) room previously for the same price if we paid the original non-discounted price.

Clean and convenient to shops and the oceanfront. There is noise from the road but not anything that crated an issue for me. I was in the cheapy room :) on the first floor. I stayed in May 2025
