Nice place to stay near the airport. Friendly, helpful staff and good breakfast. The property is quite clean but the owner should consider replacing the carpeting throughout.

Stay away from this place

Starting with pickup at airport, it was a disaster. Front desk acted like a customer was an enemy of some type. Pool closed. No business area. AC control did not work. Mattress should have been tossed about 5 years earlier. It was like walking back to 1960s again. TV, if turned on, would reboot itself at various times. They will email the receipt - still waiting. Scale of 1-10 with 10 worse? Minus 50

This property was on the low average side. It is advertised with pictures of a very nice indoor pool. It is not there and has not been there for some time. We had spent a long day at the fair and we’re looking forward to swimming in the pool, there should have been notice on the website that the pool was no longer in service.

Rented 2 rooms to stay with friends for 3 nights. One room was in okay shape, but the other, which I stayed in, had a broken AC unit and was leaking water all over the floor. The carpet was soaking wet, the air was humid, and the entire room smelled. Informed the front desk who told me a maintenance guy would fix it by the next day. So we had to endure the night in that room. He never showed up the next day. Luckily when I talked to the front desk again she moved us to a new room and it was in much better shape. Don't know why they're even allowing that room to be occupied. Also, the indoor pool that's being advertised all over the website is completely out of commission and probably has been for months. Don't know why they haven't mentioned it.

We specifically chose this hotel because it advertised an indoor pool, which we really wanted since it was summer and we knew we'd be doing a lot of walking during the daytime. But the pool was under construction! What a disappointment. Glad we were only there for one night before we moved on.

Okay fora quick overnight stay. No shampoo??? Just conditioner and body wash. No elevator. And I absolutely could not get the shower to work. The water poured out of the faucet, but there was no mechanism to turn the shower on. I took a “shower” on my knees, head under the faucet. Argh.
