We really appreciated how courteous the night manager Ken was. We had a small issue with our room and he immediately rectified the situation. We also thought it was awesome that he prepares to go food bags for the morning travelers. That was perfect for us as we had a tight timeframe to get from Des Moines to Chicago.

Well appointed,?clean and friendly prompt service. Only negative was the bedding. Really heavy thick comforter and sheets. Comforter was tooo hot to sleep with. Sheet only too cold. Needs a blanket

The room was clean. I don't like that fresh towels are given every other day. That's part of the fun of staying in a hotel. When I took a shower the next morning, there wasn't a drop of shower gel in the dispenser.
