Came for a concert. Check in was fast and easy and the employee was very polite at the front desk, he informed us that the hotel pool would be very busy tonight so no glasses or alcohol at the pool. I reserved a pool side room it was so loud there must of been 50 kids in the pool and hot tub. We never used it because there wasn’t room in the hot tub for adults. The room seemed clean until I went into the bathroom and there was long dark hair in sink and mold in the overflow. The tv was very nice and large and the beds were very comfortable. After the concert we came back to the room about 11:15 pm and the room above us was just unbelievably loud with what seemed to be kids running and jumping until 2 am. While I understand that you can’t control the amount of kids in a pool or the rudeness of your guests. The buffet in the morning seemed to be a lot of stuff but when I fixed my plate the eggs, bacon and sausage were all ice cold, the potatoes were the only hot thing

All the amenities!

Stay was perfect for our short trip. Pool and hot tub were the kid favorites. Machine shed is amazing to eat and walking distance. Fitness room was great.

Hotel Renovo is beautiful. We have stayed there several times when visiting family in the area. Excellent location and Sunday brunch at the Machine Shed restaurant next door cannot be beat.

We booked at this property because it boasted soundproof rooms. Unfortunately, I was able to hear a small child wail somewhere in the hotel for over an hour while in our room. They held a holiday party of some sort downstairs the night we stayed, and while it ended fairly early, you could clearly hear the music from the party in the room. The a/c unit in the room was a wall unit. Not quite what we expected, but it was fine. What was not fine was that it only worked sporadically, and I had to kick it to keep it from turning off early, so the room temperature was a bit iffy. The room was clean, and the toiletries were accessible. The hotel is right off the highway, next to a fairly popular restaurant. Rooms weren't quite what we expected for the price, and the bed was hard. The quality wasn't what we expected for the star rating and info on the hotel. However, the staff was extremely nice, and very helpful. The service made the stay much better than it would have been, otherwise, hence the three star rating.

The decor is beautiful. Very clean. Super disappointed about the pool area. Hot tub jets were not working, so just a "hot bath" in dirty water. We got out almost immediately when we saw all the hair and debris in water. The breakfast food was not good.
