Stayed here a few times before. The location is good with shopping and food choices. The property is older, but okay. We were in room 170 on the back of the property. It was 2 rooms, one with a sofa and the other a bed. I thought the room was nice until my wife told me about the bathroom door. It had no latch and looked broken to us. We did use a suitcase to hold the door shut and there was only the 2 of us, so we made it work. The TV in the first room had no signal and did not give us a picture, so that should probably be fixed. The TV in the bedroom worked fine, so not a big deal, but should all work. In the morning we opened the curtains and it looks like some spring cleaning needs to be done on the windows. Very dirty with hand prints. The breakfast was good. We will stay here again, but please fix your motel!!! (Photos)

There was a blood stain and several cigarette burns on the bed covers. I took photos and showed the front desk. They brought replacements but those also had cigarette burns and another stain. The clerk gave me a different room, but the "safety lock" on the door of the room I stayed in was missing the major part of it. I would not stay here again. I would like to add the photos I took, but I don't know how to do that.

Very disappointed. The inside of the hotel did appear tidy and clean, however the outside was literally falling apart. Even upon getting to our room our window was broken and the screen falling off. There was zero water pressure in the bathroom sink and shower. I attempted to run a bath at one point at it took nearly 30 minutes for the tub to barely even fill an inch. I eventually gave up and didn't bother using the bath/shower. Also we discovered upon getting settled in for bed that our air condition/heating unit did not work, at all. So at 11 pm we had to pack up everything and the young child and switch rooms. Only to later discover the AC unit in the second room was also broken. Furthermore, I woke up later on in the middle of the night sneezing, stuffed up, and difficulty breathing, and upon inspecting the AC unit (which my bed was right next too) I discovered that the filter was caked with dust and dirt. It appeared to not have been cleaned in ages, if ever. The quality of air in that room was unbearable. The pool was also not stocked with towels for the two days we were there, and we kept having issues with the room keys to the new room working. I had to go down to the desk several times to ask for a new key card, and after the first time the staff started to become rude. This is absolutely unprofessional, especially given all the issues and complications we had during our stay.

Staff could not find our reservations with itinerary# and shrugged shoulders, unwilling to get us into another room while we had to consistently stay in contact with our more than helpful hotels.com agent to rectify...all the while, the agent could not even get the Quality Inn employee to collaborate on a solution, because their phone system has been non existent, without any hope when it would be accessable. It never was. Our room had not been cleaned and ready with clean towels and we were told there would be no towel or laundry service until morning and that it was out of their hands. When asking for late checkout on morning we were scheduled to depart, we were told we were given an additional day (Thinking surely, this was a kindess offered to appease the poor stay thus far) and choose to get the additional rest...to then be

Not the best hotel stay.

Right when you walked into a door to get in. The door was broke, so anyone could just walk in. Immediately an overwhelming smell of weed. The pool had no towels, and when asked for more towels the lady brought 3 towels and there was a total almost 10 people in the pool area. Pool smelled like mildew. Just not a great stay.
