Despite being an older hotel, the rooms were still very clean. We’ve stayed at pricier hotels with more suspicious-looking pull out beds and blanket. While we were there there were some pretty serious issues with the door key cards, some were working and some were not. However, the staff did their best and were nice throughout the ordeal despite it clearly being frustrating for them too. The room itself was spacious for 3, but the main bed was not very great. It was very much a spring mattress that sunk in far more than it should. Overall, it’s a decently priced hotel in a good area with very nice staff, but the hotel itself could definitely use some improvements.

The staff went above and beyond to assist me with my reservation and they made everything smooth and I hope the know how appreciated they are! Working the holidays sucks but they didn’t make me feel like I was an inconvenience or a burden and the customer service I received was 10/10. When I go visit my family I will be staying at this location again without hesitation.

Door lock didn’t work, as in you don’t even need a key to enter the room. Made it feel sketchy staying there so I triple barricaded the door to be able to actually rest. Poop stains in the toilet. Volume not working in tv. Hole in wall elevator button on 3rd floor. But it was otherwise ok

Cozy quiet hotel. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Room was home-like and I loved the kitchen space. Full sized fridge, stove top, dishwasher, sink with garbage disposal. Even had silverware, plates and bowls. 10/10 experience and when I come visit again I will be staying here.
