ould rate this hotel zero stars, I would. The property failed to inform guests that it is infested with cockroaches. When I reported the issue to the overnight staff, the manager instructed them to tell me to request a refund through Expedia—a request she later declined, creating unnecessary runaround. When I asked why she denied it, I was told that she “doesn’t give refunds” and that Expedia “knows that,” instead of simply informing me upfront when I first reported seeing a roach in our room.
When I called Monday morning, the manager, Katherine, was extremely rude and unhelpful. She refused to provide a corporate contact or her supervisor’s information and even claimed that I “brought the roach” with me.
