Our family of 9 (3 young children) had a great time in Destin. This local is perfect-close to beach, Publix and restaurants. Pool was amazing. We spent afternoons swimming. Great pool area, lots of space. Definitely will be back!

Great location. Communication with Mitch was excellent. House was well stocked, better than any we’ve stayed at. Lots of beach chairs, toys etc.pool was very nice to have with family and kids. Overall excellent property.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

Great play to stay for a beach getaway! We enjoyed our stay here very much. The home was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed including laundry, a well stocked kitchen, and plenty of towels. The outdoor pool area was perfect and included an outdoor shower and bathroom, plenty of outdoor seating and a grill station with sink and mini fridge. The location was great as well, in close proximity to the beach as well as several dining and grocery options. If you stay here be sure to go to Camille’s!

Great house and location

Great location near the beach - an easy walk for everyone and the kids. The pool area is fantastic and had everything we needed. Quick and great communication with the management. Location to restaurants and shopping was nice too. Overall, a great stay!

Great family vacation home

The home was just what it appeared to be in the photos. It was such a quick walk to the beach, without having to pay an insane amount in price to be directly on the beach. We did not pay for the pool to be heated (in mid July) and the water was perfect! There were games and toys at the house for the kids, including pool and beach toys (and a beach wagon). Would stay again if we re-visit!

Perfect for Family Vacation

This house was absolutely perfect for my family's vacation! It fit us all very well, the pool and outdoor kitchen were extremely nice, and the walk to the beach was quick and enjoyable. We had the best time and would highly recommend this property.

A Short Walk to the Beach

This house works well for large/multiple families. We had 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 3, 4 and two 9 year olds) and we all fit comfortably. The house is nicely updated. It's a very short walk to the beach. The pool is nice and they provide pool and beach toys for the kids and wagon to get it all to the beach. The area is nice and safe, we enjoyed going for runs and walks in the morning. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing stay!

This house had EVERYTHING you could possibly want. Short walk to the beach. Loads of pool floats, towels, beach chairs. You name it, they have it. Any time we had a question, I would immediately get a response back. It fit our family of 8 comfortably! The outside grill at the pool was amazing! We’re not typically ones to cook when we go on vacation but we loved grilling out there for lunch. We 100% will be back! Thank you guys for having us!

Family Vacay 2023

Although the property is a bit dated, the pool and proximity to the beach make it a nice stay. All the listed amenities (beach chairs..we left 2more, beach towels, toys) are there! Mgmt checked in to make sure all was good and were helpful as needed. The beach gets very crowded early so take the short 3min walk to beach access, grab a beverage at Camille’s on the way and get your toes in the sand!

Disappointing

The master bathroom towel rack fell off the wall 3x.The MB sink was slow draining.The MB toothbrush holders were filled with old toothpaste and gunk.The carpeted stairs and MB carpet had multiple stains with some appearing to be blood drops.This is a biohazard.Two bathrooms had reddish brown termite looking bugs.The entrance door with the code entered into a bedroom?The pool stairs and railing were loose.This did effect our enjoyment of our vacation.This place is a very short walk to Crystal Beach which is magnificent.The rental is nice but in bad need of attention and maintenance which is unacceptable

Heated Pool Saves the Day

We loved staying at this property! EVERY last detail is thought of, and the property is well stocked with lots of "extras" not often found in rental houses. For example, hand soap, paper products, beach towels, trash bags, kids' toys, and beach toys/chairs. This house is closer to the beach than it looked in the photos, which was also a pleasant surprise. We opted to pay the extra to heat the pool since the weather in spring can be hit or miss. We are thankful we did, because some days were cool, overcast, and there was a rip tide warning. The pool gave the kids endless fun even in poorer weather. All communication was prompt with the mangagement company. There are very specific rules/checklists for this house. The only perceived "negative" is that it is located off a main road, and we did notice the sounds of traffic and people walking by at night. I would recommend this house, and would stay here again!
