What an amazing property It had everything and more The design of the house is beyond perfect Had something for everyone So much room for all to have their own space A great time was had by all Would definitely rent again Comfortable beds Never ran out of hot water The washer and dryer were a great bonus and the elevator was AWESOME Great for bringing up luggage and for the older folks knees(haha)

A MUST Stay!!!

What an amazing, beautiful, fun property. It was a reunion of 65 year old ladies who have been friends for 52 years. Each of the bedrooms were beautiful and had their own bathroom. And there were common areas on each floor filled with fun for all, pool table, video games and more. But the best part, the backyard with a pool, hot tub, putting green, and outdoor kitchen / grilling area. The best part, working with Hermosa. They responded immediately to all our questions. We would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful home!! Enjoy

Perfect Beach Vacation

We loved this property for our party of 14. It’s a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Our whole family, ages 8 to 71, enjoyed shuffleboard, pool and arcade games. With the age of our teenagers, 8 master bedrooms was awesome as everyone had their own space. Kitchen was well equipped and management company was responsive. They fixed the pool heater and internet during our stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

Took our family to Destin & stayed at this wonderful house. Communication was great & they addressed our questions quickly. There was enough space to spend time together or you could go to another level if you wanted to relax. The elevator was awesome as we had a couple people who couldn’t walk up all the steps. There were shops & things to do close by which was nice. Would highly recommend this house to everyone!

Cockroaches!!

At first, our experience was great. The host quickly answered our request for early check-in and let us in about 2 hours early. The first night we were shocked to see a few LARGE roaches crawl out from under the fridge at about 11PM with all the lights on!! We caught one and disposed of it (Because we googled it and you're not supposed to crush them), but the other escaped. Later that night we saw a baby one crawl up the ship lap wall and hide in between the boards. We googled the baby one and saw that they take 30 days to get from the larvae stage to baby stage so these cockroaches had been there a while. I contacted the property manager the next day and was told they would "bring some spray" to us. They never showed up. Each of the next few days we were told something else; they were reaching out to their pest removal service, they were too busy for an appt today and finally they wouldn't be able to make it this week. On night number two, got our own spray and we sprayed under the kitchen appliances so we could have some piece of mind (there are bedrooms on the first floor where people were supposed to sleep!!). We were left to fend for ourselves with the roaches so we tried to mitigate the issue by doing several things throughout our stay (too many to list). In the end, the mgt team did nothing during our stay and offered us $200 for the "inconvenience". I think this was a known issue because of the laid-back way the mgt team treated our concerns!

Beautiful oasis

The house is amazing. Everything about the place was very relaxing, beautiful and accommodating. The place was very well-maintained. The pool was absolutely beautiful. The house was equipped with everything for 20 people. The host was very responsive. We will definitely stay again

Perfect Stay!

This house had more amenities than we could have asked for when booking. The backyard was a nice oasis with a beautiful pool and hot tub. When we compared it with other properties in the area, we couldn't find another home with the same pool experience. The kitchen was filled with all of the convenience of home with air fryer, crock pot, toaster oven, plenty of cookie dishes, pots, pans and dinnerware. The way that the home was decorated was perfect for FL. The rooms were appointed to perfection and every floor was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommend this home and this property management group. They were ideal to work with from the start!

Fantastic Off Season Getaway

My stay with my group of 14 was fantastic! The house was beautiful and fit all guests very well. We went during the off-season but we could still utilize the hot tub and all indoor amenities. My contact for the place was very easy to connect with during check-in. We had some confusion with the exact address from what Vrbo used vs the confirmation email from the property manager but she was quick to clear it up for us. It was very easy to get Uber's to pick us this address and we were able to use Instacart several times as well. I wold love to come back and stay at this place during the warmer season, I bet it would be a blast.

BEST TIME EVER!

This place is AMAZING! Super short walking distance to the beach. Plenty of things to do in this house. Every bedroom has a KING and it's OWN bathroom! You can't ask for anything better! We had a blast here! Will definitely stay again!

Pool & Hot Tub

Numerous issues with temperature in Hot Tub (not hot) almost 90% of the time. Pool was reasonable temp maybe 3 outta 7 days. I was exhausted trying to get it fixed & with so many kids I was extremely frustrated. After pool guy visited we got temp in pool & then panel on wall no longer worked.. I also learned NEVER book early if u want price like everyone else. I observed so many openings half the price I paid. House was great & well equipped for everyone .

We had 19 total. This place had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone from the 5year old to the 20-year-old to 5 sets of parents. Walking distance was easy and this place supplied beach chairs and a wagon to take all to the beach. We had a great time. Shopping and food stores are very close. House was very clean. Pool excellent.

2023 Family Beach Vacation

88 Palms/VRBO was an excellent location and house for our 19 people attending this years vacation! The house layout, number of bathrooms and outside space/pool area were a huge hit for all! Would definitely recommend to any large group wanting to stay in the Destin area. Christina (out host) did an excellent job communicating and handling all our needs - thnaks!

Family time - from smalls to talls

This property was just the best!!! Beautiful, very conveniently located to both the beach, restaurants and shopping. Starting with 8 bedrooms, all with private baths to a great kitchen, and pool area that was just beautiful it lived up to the description. I have rented enough vacation homes to know that nothing will be absolutely perfect, but this house came close. The BEST thing was, the property management was so very good at being responsive that we always got our issues (and there weren't that many) resolved quickly. Kudos! Thanks to VRBO and Hermosa for such a great first family reunion that we're already planning for a second one.

This was by far the best house rental in Destin. It was very clean and very spacious. The house was pretty new and the beach is a 5 short five minutes walk. We would definetly book it again.

Great stay - large, spacious, clean!

Beautiful, clean, large house. We were a extended family of 20 people - from ages 3 month babies to 60 year old grandparents. Overall, we enjoyed the property. We appreciated the pool safety buzzers, large living areas on each floor and spacious house. A few minor inconveniences to consider
. The kitchen table is a high top with stools that don’t have backs (no booster seats for kids can be used, no back support for older folks) The pool heater was great when it worked - a little finicky that required almost daily communication with the property manager. (Thank goodness she was great and responsive, but still a small disappointment when paying for a luxury home rental.) The furniture in the home was trendy and great to look at, but not comfortable to sit in, lounge or relax. Also had lots of Knick knacks - again was great to see, but a lot of work when you have kids to ensure things don’t get broken. Loved the golf area and pool! Lots of great bonus features like multiple fridges, extra ice maker, pool towels provided, etc.
