Silver Beach towers 1604W was perfect! It looked exactly as described and was spotless. There was a hairdryer in every bathroom, a keurig coffee maker for cups or pots, everything you need to prepare and enjoy a meal. There was also an ironing board and iron. Elevators were extremely fast and the whole grounds were spotless including the pool.

Outstanding—will be back!

This was our first stay at this condo complex and we absolutely loved it. It was perfect in every way—clean, cozy, roomy, accessible to restaurants, its own private beach, and even daily views of dolphins off the balcony! We have already started planning our next Destin trip and once we settle on dates we will be contacting to check availability of this same unit. Thank you to the owners. What a lovely stay!

Everything was great! Clean, great location, great parking spot
that is covered. Elevators were fast and almost never had to wait. (We were there the 1st of October so maybe it wasn’t full??). I would recommend bringing your own shampoo and soap. They provided items do not do well with salt water. I hope this unit is available when we come back.

Beautiful Views Excellent Location

Perfect property for our family, very spacious and spectacular views! Location is perfect, less than 5 min drive to all our favorite restaurants in the area. Could not hav had a better experience from checking in all the way through checking out. Assigned parking space was super convenient! We will definitely return to this property!

Accurate and Wonderful

The condo was beautiful and had us discussing purchasing one in the future! The views were amazing and the stay was relaxing. Everything in Destin is a short drive away. I would definitely stay at this location again.

I’m very picky! This condo was very clean!! The location was perfect! Customer service was great! The amenities were great! I strongly suggest reserving beach chairs as soon as you confirm your reservations because it’s on a first booked, first served basis. There are 2 rows of beach chairs and you don’t want to be on the second row.

Perfect adult family & children getaway!

This unit was exactly as described--beautiful as the photos showed and had all the amenities we needed. We had our two adult sons with us (one with his wife and child under 2) and the bedrooms each with its own bathroom were perfect. The rooms were spacious enough to hold a pack-n-play for the baby to sleep in! One of the best parts...when you enter the unit, the view! You just can't compete with that view! Everything you need is so close to Silver Beach Resorts, you literally could walk if you wanted to, but we rented a car and found it easy to get to Publix, Whole Foods, other shopping, restaurants, etc. Communicating with the property management was incredibly easy and fast--information was provided regularly before our stay, and someone was available during our stay to answer questions if we had them. The pools were great, and although we experienced a "two red flag" weekend on the beach due to a rip current (couldn't really go into the water much) we still enjoyed the beach, and the group that sets up the chairs still did everything to make sure we had our chairs and umbrellas ready to go (once the wind died down and it was safe). Can't wait to come again--we'll definitely try to request this same unit again! **While we had GREAT weather, if you do experience a sketchy day, or have too much sun, the unit owners have a cabinet full of games and cards at the ready for you to enjoy as well! We didn't utilize these, but appreciated that they were there just in case!

Great condo

This is a great condo for a vacation with family and or friends. It was clean and spacious. It's right on the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping, and the harbor is only a couple miles down the street. My only complaint is that they don't allow you to take your own tent or umbrella on the beach. The beach umbrella & chair setups that they offer are expensive, especially if you have a big group. However, you are allowed to take your own chairs & blankets on the beach.

Gorgeous!

This was the most clean, beautiful, well equipped and comfy place we've ever stayed in! It was so lovely with all the ocean decor! Super clean and had everything we could possibly need. The whole condo stayed nice and cool too, even with the 100+ temp outside. Our view of the ocean and beach took our breath away as soon as we walked in the door. Dolphins were jumping in the water as if to greet us! I could not have asked for a more beautiful stay. I certainly hope we can afford to come again someday. Thank you so much.

This resort had a wonderful layout and floor plan for six adults. There was adequate space for privacy when we wanted to be alone, and to be together. The views were amazing.
