Look elsewhere, There are much better places to stay for much cheaper. Cons : There is absolutely no way to justify the $250 deposit they charge for the stay. There are stains and marks everywhere in the room. The patio doors didn't even open, the breakfast was bagels and cereal basically and only offered from 7-9 am which is crazy with most are 9-11. Beach? Oh you mean the spots of sand laid around the property? Ok. If you want to go to Henderson beach, which is a 10 minute drive will take you an hour with traffic, even on weekdays. The only pro is if you are there on a Monday or or Thursday, you can see fireworks from the patio that are from the Boardwalk in June-July. In closing, it's way too expensive and outdated to justify the stay when there are actually resorts for cheaper on the actual beach.

WiFi bad. Room smelled and unclean. Pictures advertised were not the pictures of the actual hotel. I had to depart early due to a family emergency and instead of refunding my fee they recharged me. Incidental rate was 250 and takes a long time to be refunded.

Hotel was clean howrver the outside needed attention. Outdoor furniture was dirty and stained really bad. Homeless people were sleeping in one of the sqing chairs, when we went down for breakfast. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was okay. The room was clean but ceiling in very bad shape and the beds were not good at all. The first night we slept okay but the following 3 nights were horrible. We actually came home 1 day early due to the bed and not being able to sleep.

Rude Front Desk Staff and no room service

Rude front desk staff. They went out of their way to ignore you and let you know that you were a bother. No one smiled or enjoyed working there. We never got the room cleaned during our stay and was denied towels when asked. We have to use our towels again and again.

The convenience it was to walk to the boardwalk, and surrounding restaurants was nice. The Hotel itself was terrible for the price i paid for 5 nights 1,950.11. No soda to buy on the property but they have a bar stocked. No laundry soap available to buy for there laundry room. Only one washer and one dryer. 2.00 a load. the dryer took 5.00 just to dry our clothes to damp.the laundry room smelled like sewage. Finally decided to put on our deck but had to watch were i put the clothes as the above deck leaked onto our deck and it was constantly wet. We were there for 5 nights and were repeatedly told they didn't have towels other then the two we were given. The noise throughout the halls til around 5am was ridiculous i couldn't wait to get home so I could get a good night sleep. The shore of the bay was littered with garbage.
