A wonderful week

This is third year we have stayed at this property. I am always so pleased with the cleanliness of the entire house. I appreciate that each year there are obvious upgrades done to the furnishings which keep the house feeling new. The floor plan is perfect for the grandparents and for the entire family. The gated community just steps from the beach is perfect. I have already booked again for next year. Thank you for the opportunity to make more wonderful memories this year.

Almost amazing!

This house was in a great location close to the beach and was listed to fit 22 people. The house was clean and beds were comfortable pool was nice. The only issues we had were the following: it was not big enough to accommodate 22 people. In fact, while we were there, someone from the property management company came by and changed the capacity to 18 on the plaque on the front of the house. This makes sense, since we had 19 people and luckily we could put younger child on the couch because there wasn’t a bed for him. The hammock that was pictured in the listing was broken when we got there. And they came and took it away after I let them know. The outside shower handles were broken off to adjust water. Overall we still had a very good experience but there are some things that could use updating to make this a perfect 10.

The house and pool were nice. The beds were very comfortable. Having the golf cart was fun. The two couches in the living room were trash. Any time we texted a concern someone got right back to us. I would stay there again if the living room furniture was replaced

Wonderful location. Although the house was in a close neighborhood the shrubs made it feel more private. Just minutes to walk across to the beach. My family loved the house and pool.

Sun Kiss’d was absolutely perfect for our crew. We had 17 adults and 3 infants. The house was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed for the week. The golf cart was handy but we did rent an additional one for our large number. Loved having a pool right outside our back door. So many great memories. Would definitely comeback in the future!

Family Time

We loved all of the extra space for everyone to have privacy when needed. Community pool was spacious. Private pool was perfect for hanging out. Golf cart made hauling our gear to the beach easy. It did cut off at awkward times. Very disappointed with the freezer. Never froze the ice cream or popsicles. Microwave went out so a new one was brought to sit on counter. Maintenance mentioned they would return to remove broken microwave and install new one. Never happened. A request for a broken lock on a door upstairs was not looked at until we were checking out. Other than those 3 things it was a wonderful home for our big family.

Location great area great felt safe in this community. House big enough for multiple families. Kitchen supplies ample. Beds comfortable responded quickly to requests . Pool nice size and extremely nice to have golf cart. Only suggestion would be to maybe replace washer extremely noisy and possibly new mattress in upstairs single bunk beds- only bed that wasn’t comfortable

Amazing Week

This was our second stay at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed it. This is an ideal property for multiple generations with two bedrooms on the first level. The property was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. The children loved the pool, the quick access to the community pool and of course the beach! The property has been updated since last year with new chairs in the family room and the ice maker in the kitchen. The children loved the ice maker! We have already booked this property again for next year!

Our recent stay at this vacation house was a delightful experience overall. The spacious accommodation comfortably accommodated our party of 12, providing ample room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The management team was incredibly attentive, promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns we had during our stay. One of the highlights was opting to heat the pool, a decision we were grateful for as it added an extra layer of enjoyment to our vacation. Although the community pool was disappointingly cold, we made the most of it by engaging in spirited games of pickleball instead. However, there were a few drawbacks worth mentioning. The couches in the living area were rather uncomfortable, detracting from our relaxation time. Additionally, we found a lack of pot holders in the kitchen, which made handling hot dishes a bit challenging. Furthermore, the dining area felt somewhat cramped for our group size, limiting our comfort during meals. Despite these minor issues, our stay was overwhelmingly positive, thanks to the spaciousness of the house, attentive management, and enjoyable amenities. We would certainly consider returning in the future, perhaps with a few tweaks to enhance the overall experience even further.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and fit our three generations. It was beneficial to have a couple of bedrooms on the first floor. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. The children loved the pool and proximity to the beach. This house is perfect for a large family. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Family vacation

The place was nice and location was perfect. For the price we paid I would think there would be more supplies like more toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, and regular spices available. All tvs did not work. If there was an issue we had great communication with property manager. We run our own getaway place (by another name) and supply what is needed for guests as far as toiletries just as if you were at a hotel.

Excellent stay!

We couldn’t have been happier with the property. It was clean and welcoming. We had a few issues with the codes to get in to the gate/home but the staff quickly responded and got it figured out. The included golf cart was a great perk. We would definitely recommend and will look to stay here in the future when we visit Destin!

Great house and location. Awesome location.

Management company was very poor at follow up and accessibility. Aside from that the home was great. I don’t think the late check in if 5pm and early checkout of 10am is fair and likely will cause us to not use Vrbo again.
