We had a wonderful stay. The unit was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The Gulf view was beautiful and a highlight of our trip. The location was perfect and close to everything, making it very convenient. We would highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

The condo was clean and as expected from the listing. Communication with the owner was fantastic. He was kind and quick when I texted him with questions. I brought my son and his 8 friends for their senior spring break. There was enough room for all the boys to have beds and I had a little privacy in the front bedroom. I liked that I had my own sink and toilet and only had to share a shower with the boys. I loved being right on the beach and I could see the boys playing on the beach while I worked on my laptop on the balcony. We also loved the location on the beach- it was toward the end close to Henderson Beach Star park and much quieter than other areas of the beach. It was so nice to have chairs and an umbrella put out for us each morning. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was well maintained and the Condo’s kitchen was well stocked with equipment and utensils. Our contact with property managers was pleasant and we found them helpful. Shopping, restaurants, churches, are plentiful and a visit to Destin Harbor is a nice “to do’ activity. Looking forward to a return visit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has stayed at this hotel for years and we paid 3000$ for a week last month and a hurricane was about to hit and the governor issued a state of emergency and the hotel was in line of storm and they would not let us reschedule our family trip or refund us. So we lost 3000$ due to a natural disaster. Our family will never stay there or any resort that is run by Destin Realty. They advertise they care about ur safety first but clearly that is a lie and they only care about their Greed and putting families lives at risk and in harms way for a dollar. DO NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Find somewhere else.

Great property and location

We love the beachfront private property so it died t get too crowded and in area it’s not super congested. Unit is as described and very nice. Upstairs beds are a little uncomfortable and while we love having chairs and umbrellas put up for us we wish they’d leave them out a little longer but no other cons. It was our second stay in that unit and we will happily book again.
