This condo is nice and spacious. The private beach was gorgeous. The balcony was really nice to have as well. HOWEVER, the listing showed two rooms each with a king sized bed, which was important to us as how we were two couples each with a one year old. I checked in on a Sunday night and walked in to find one room with a king and the second with two full beds. I immediately messaged the property management team through the VRBO app. They did not get back to me until Monday afternoon. I had to call the lady who owned the condo who told me she had told them to update the listing since she swapped out the second king for two full beds. She gave me the phone number for the management company. I left a voicemail for them and never even got a call back. Eventually through the VRBO app, they did get in touch with me. First arguing with me that the listing was correct, then back tracking when I told them to double check it because it wasnât! They did refund me an amount but i had to argue to get a fair sum. Half of our group was inconvenienced because of this discrepancy and they would only agree to refund the amount for ONE night. So while the property was amazing, the management company really made for a stressful first three days of my vacation and for that reason, I would never book a property managed by them. And I urged the property owner to find a different management company because it really was a neat location.
