We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It’s a cozy place in a great location, just a short walk to the beach. Everything was clean and tidy, and while a few walls could use a touch of fresh paint, it didn’t take away from the experience. If you’re looking for a comfortable and affordable spot near the beach, this is a great choice.

Very nice home and lovely extra’s. The manager John was fantastic. He made sure we were completely satisfied. We loved everything about the property except when you used the oven it was very hard to keep the 1st floor cool. It took a long time to get it back to comfortable. Thanks for helping us make many lovely memories!

Great house, nice big bedrooms, lovely outdoor space. Location is fantastic
walkable to beach, bars, restaurants, ice cream, etc. House is very well maintained. Only con is for how many bedrooms, the living room space is somewhat on the smaller side. Overall fantastic.

Great location!

We loved the location, so close to the beach and Camille’s (cute little beach cafe). Nice fit for our group of 4 couples. Could have used more thorough instructions on the pool heater. Would stay here again!

Great beach house

We had a wonderful time in the house; it was perfect for our family of 14. The beach was within walking distance and the neighborhood was very nice. Even with a couple minor things we had to message the host about, his communication was immediate and the customer service was excellent. We loved our stay!

Beach family trip

Property was in a great location with a short walk to the beach. Was good space for everyone to have their own bed and bath. Owner communication was good and timely. However, the pictures listed are not accurate and up to date. The back decking needs replaced. Holes, broken loose and rotting wood. All the trim around the back of house is rusting. Outdoor bar had missing broken tile. Sidewalk around pool isn’t level and ladder loose. Disposal in kitchen broken. Dining room chair broken and table had sticky film. Toilet seats loose. Floors left kids feet black after walking on it first day. House needs repairs and updating.

Great spot

It was a lovely place, the pool was amazing especially after leaving the beach! We had 13, 24-35 year olds staying here and it was plenty of room for us. The location was great too, the walk to the beach took around 3 minutes, and a lot of food places around. 10/10 recommend if you have a large crowd!

Close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood

We had a great time. House is located in a quiet neighborhood but still close to all amenities including the beautiful beach. House needs a few improvements such as the ice maker was broken and the house needs pest management. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Awesome experience

This property over exceeded our expectations in every category. I would stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend to families with kids. Our teenage sons enjoyed the NBA game and late night swims alone. Our preteen daughters enjoyed the walk to the beach and the early morning swims in the heated pool. The adults loved winding down on the patio under the lights. Plenty of room and the amenities were perfect.

This house was amazing for our stay!! It was close to the beach and the pool was so nice!! My friends and I had no problems and everything was so clean and well taken care of!! Would definitely recommend for friend or family vacations!

Great house and excellent location.

This house was perfect for what we needed- enough room to be together when we wanted to be and enough room to spread out. We had 6 adults and 4 kids. First thing is that the noise is unbelievably QUIET. That was a special treat. We never heard when people came downstairs or were cooking or anything. It was October so Destin is alot less packed than summer time but the neighborhood was very quiet. It made enjoying the deck and pool a delight. The carriage house was perfect for my parents to stay with us. The beds all got rave reviews which is a rarity for this group. The pool was the perfect size for us and the kids. It looks smaller in the pics. The walk to the beach is super easy- 2 blocks maybe? And you can walk to Publix or ride your bike. So convenient. Really the only drawback to the house for some may be that the top bunk room doesn’t have its own bath so kids have to come down 2 flights to use the half bath or use one of the en-suite baths on the second floor. Depending on your family situation that may be an issue. Since October isn’t the heat of the summer, the temperature in the bunk room was fine using the portable AC unit with the regular AC but I can imagine that in the height of the summer that room might be too hot for some to sleep. Overall though we would definitely go back, no question. It was great!

Beautiful house as advertised. Had enough space for our vacation of 11 people which included 6 adults, 4 kids ages 2,4,5 & 8 and one 17 yr old. Every one enjoyed the house the kids loved playing in the pool and with the toys out in the pool box. Short walk to the beach, we did take a wagon so wasn't bad for the 2 yr. Overall great place, would go back for sure. Host was very quick to respond when we had ac problem but ended up just being a tripped breaker so all was good.

This property was perfect for us with our children and grandchildren who are all under the age of 8.

Everything was as promised on the listing. We had plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the Pirate room on the 3rd floor. The pool was a special treat as some days it was too windy to be at the beach. We used it morning, noon and night. It is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The walk to the beach was easy for all of us. We will definitely be back!

Perfect house for a group!

Can’t say enough great things about this house. Location was perfect, close walk to the beach and nearby restaurants and stores. House setup was great, everyone had plenty of their own space for sleeping and having 5 bathrooms was awesome. Common areas were ideal for sharing meals, playing games, and hanging out. Can’t beat having your own pool too! Super clean and hosts were very communicative. Definitely recommend!
