This condo served our group well! We enjoyed the unobstructed views from this end unit. I would suggest buying new, softer sheets for the beds. Overall, we were very pleased and would gladly stay again.

Nice location, good space, good management, not the cleanest or well kept up

Great location, great beach and beach service, responsive property management (this is huge), but overall not a very clean or super well kept unit. They did a good job with the big picture routine stuff. The floors were swept and vacuumed, the bathrooms, kitchen, etc., were all cleaned, but when we walked in there was a smell like a locker room, or really, an old beach condo. Also, our kids' feet and socks were getting a little bit black from whatever was left on the carpets and the couch had little stains. The carpets really needed a steam cleaning. Also, a lot of the furniture was pretty worn although still very serviceable. The dryer died while we there (which has never happened anywhere while I've been going down to Destin for the last ~20 years), but management were able to find us dryers in unused units for us to use while they ordered another one. The best they could do, but on the other, i feel like a well kept unit charging what they were charging should be able to keep working laundry appliances in the units. Many of the electrical outlets were so loose that plugs would just fall out and there was one behind one of the beds that lacked a cover. Overall, with four young kids, it was very doable and just fine. If I were a part of a large group of adults who were looking for a nice place to stay, I might not be a huge fan. Even with all that, given the very responsive management (even if a tad unorganized), I would stay here again with my young children.

Intrusion of German Cockroaches

First two days were perfect, except we found a few roaches scurrying about. It wasn't a big deal until we returned our last night, after dark & found them EVERYWHERE. The response was quick & I was informed that they had been spraying already. They offered 10% OFF our next stay, but they were German cockroaches, so no thanks. I fumigated our belongings once we got home & a few had crawled inside two of our cases, somehow. If they get that straight, the view is great, the beach is gorgeous & the area is nice. Otherwise, the cost incurred for a stay at a cockroach-infested condo was a mistake.

Beautiful Condo

The Condo itself was beautiful and loved the oceanfront view. I did have trouble with some of the kitchen supplies. The blender has a leakage. I went to Walmart to buy a blender in order for me to cook for my family. One of the master bedrooms toilets where not so cleaned. Some of the bed sheets had a smell like if the sheets were not changed. Other than that everything else was good it’s in a great location. You can walk to some of the stores or attractions. I will stay there again when I go back.

Wonderful stay at Silver Towers

Silver Towers was located within short distance of restaurant’s. Rooms was spacious and clean well decorated. Balcony was roomy with a beautiful view of the gulf. Only issue was electrical outlets did not work and were loose when plugged into. Top bunk bed was broken but they were quick to supply a blow up mattress.

We Are Already Planning To Return

My husband and I treated our family to a vacation in Destin. Our family includes 6 three couples and 2 children (ages 2 and 4). Although we love each other dearly , everyone still appreciates his or her own space and This 4-bedroom/3-bath unit did just this. It was very spacious with nice size bedrooms. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with the bottom bed being a double-size mattress. Even with this nice size bed, we had room for the baby’s pack-n-play. The master bedroom is HUGE with walk-in closet and extra storage . The appliances ran great and the kitchen was well stocked. Being a corner unit, the balcony offered plenty of space for the family including the two chaise loungers and table seated for 4. At night, the adults enjoyed sitting on the balcony enjoying the crystal clear Gulf and feeling it’s gentle breeze . The furniture wasn’t new, but it was nice and provided plenty of seating on the one afternoon it rained. The two pools were very well kept, including the pool-area restrooms . The beach is only steps away and having the umbrella and two chairs included in one’s rental is a plus! We brought several of our own chairs and rented an extra umbrella for $16 a day. There was plenty of space behind and in front of the rented chairs for the extra beach toys and the children to play. I was very pleased with our entire visit and do recommend this unit to others. It’s roomy, clean, and will meet your family’s every need.
