I booked this property as a high school graduation gift for my daughter. It exceeded all expectations. The location was ideal and was walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It was extremely clean and the bed was as comfortable as my king at home. The back deck with lake view was my favorite feature. We also loved the beach chairs and were thankful for the beach cart to haul all our things to the beach for the day. It was the perfect beach destination and I will highly recommend to my friends and family. Thanks to Chuck for ensuring we had all we needed.

Enjoyable Memorial Day Getaway

Enjoyed our stay. Great location & plenty of space for a family of five. Across the street from the beach but an easy walk over to the public access. Owner communication was excellent from start to finish.

Great Family Vacation Spot

Great location and a wonderful house. Perfect for our family as we bounced back and forth from the beach to the pool. We loved feeding the turtles each morning as we started our day. It was so nice having beach chairs, a wagon, and many toys available to use. We were a little worried about the spring break crowd since it was our first time to Destin and didn’t know the area. However, this ended up being a perfect spot for our family. Hope to come back soon!

Beautiful beach

The location is wonderful, just steps from the beach and a great lake view as well. My family enjoyed a dinner at the Crab Trap which is an easy walk and right on the beach. We had a few issues while staying but Chuck was quick to respond to messages and get things fixed.

Great location

Location is perfect! Home was as presented. Smaller kitchen/living area but we didn’t spend much time there so it was sufficient. The patio was perfect and we got to see the turtles! Hosts are very kind and responsive. Home is a little older but worked for everything we needed. They were kind enough to leave a welcome gift of snacks too which my teenager attacked immediately! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Beach Getaway

The villa was so nice! Very clean, had everything you could need. I love that the management gives little extras(i.e. great coffee, extra dishwasher pods and actual pump hand soap in the bathrooms!) easy walk to the beach! We loved our stay!

Clean Property & Attentive Hosts

Great location, close to underground walkway to beach and the condo pool. Property was very clean and has a nice covered patio space that looks over the lake. Perfect spot for kids to feed turtles :) Hosts were very friendly and attentive for the trip.

Exceeded expectations!

We booked this place with the intention of being in a comfortable place with convenient access to the beach and we are so happy we booked it! The walk to the beach was amazing and easy since we avoided crossing a busy street with kids! The communication with Chuck was great! He was so responsive and definitely knows how to treat guests! This is such a great host and location to visit with family!

Location!

Tucked away, yet easy walk to beach. Felt very private and peaceful. Large primary bedroom with very comfortable bed. Big lake front deck in back where we enjoyed breakfast. Kitchen very well stocked- pancake griddle, blender and ample kitchen supplies were definitely a bonus. Nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfy & Relaxed Time

When arriving for our stay we found the home clean & very welcoming. The kitchen had what we needed to cook several meals while there. Several spices supplied & a crockpot which we were happy to have. Before our arrival we were notified that the above stove microwave was not working but a new counter top microwave was purchased so we would have one to use for our stay. Ample bath towels & beach towels were supplied plus a couple of lap size blankets to wrap up in while watching TV. The beds were very comfy & the pillows were great. We loved the location, just a short walk to the beach. Totally enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had

Wonderful stay!!

Overall excellent experience. We received communication from the owners numerous times during our stay checking on us. When we arrived we had a handwritten note welcoming us along with some snacks. Great Location! Perfect Find.

We had the best stay at Margarita Villa B. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach which was perfect for my pregnant wife & our 3 year old. There is public parking right across the street if you need to drive for any reason as well. The pool is conveniently located to the house. The deck overlooking the lake was perfect for having our morning coffee. We absolutely loved that the hosts left turtle food, our 3 year old looked forward to feeding them every morning. We appreciated the abundance of beach toys, chairs & the beach cart! It made life a whole lot easier for us. We did bring a few beach toys, but could have gotten away with not bringing anything at all! The kitchen was well stocked with all of the essentials such as coffee pods, dishwasher pods, snacks for arrival & all of your basic cooking seasonings.. etc. We are so pleased with our stay, and we will definitely be back! Our vacation was nothing short of perfect. Thank you to Chuck & Vicki for being such great hosts! We look forward to checking out your smoky mountain rentals as well.
