The property was adequate. While room cleaning was scheduled for every third day, ours was unfortunately neglected. We requested extra towels on the first day, but they never arrived; however, after calling on the second day, they were promptly delivered. The shower unfortunately had mold and soap scum, and the walls showed significant scuffing and a sticky yellow residue. To our dismay, we also found another guest's hair on the sheets. Breakfast was excellent, though the addition of fruit and non-dairy milk options would have been appreciated. The hotel's location and pool area were both wonderful.

The room a/c didn’t work well. We stayed for four days and never saw housekeeping. I had to get extra towels from the housekeeper cart left in the hallway. It was very noisy outside our room all hours of the night. The front desk employees were not very friendly. The breakfast was not good and the same thing every day. The hotel itself was clean and so were the grounds.

Left a dress hanging in the bathroom, called the next day and was told by hotel staff that they would check with housekeeping and call me back. They never called , stopped in and checked with front desk 5 days later and still was not located. I know it was my error for leaving the garment, however not evening receiving a call back seemed unprofessional.
