I am truly disappointed in this rental. Most rentals the check in time is 3:00 pm. This one was 5 pm. I had to Cash App money for the extra time. To be allowed entry. The home which we now know has two boilers was off. The home was cold, dusty and nothing like the beautiful photo. The leather couches legs were broken and some of the formal dining room chairs were broken. There was no iron or simple home amenities I am used to in a rental. This is the first and last time with this company. I am an air b and b customer but the properties I wanted were booked so I thought to give VRBo a try. We rental the whole house but the upper level was looked when asked I was told that was an additional fee. Bait and switch. The first floor toilet seat was broken and there was no hot water so we had to go to the relatives house to take a shower. There were no lightbulbs in lamps and so going to the bathroom at night or moving around the house was cumbersome. The back work was rundown and none of the seat cushions were I. The patio furniture and the grsss in the back was not mowed. The front was decent. There was a long driveway that could have fit up to six cars but the huge metal fence/gate was locked on one side and so no one could park in the driveway but one car. In the back yard the garage was locked but there was a late model Lexus with a crashed front bumper Though there were three doors or points of entry. You could only get in from the back door. I Want my money back.
