The hotel was clean, but a little old. The bathroom sink was on the outside with the toilet and bath in its own room. This was not too much of a problem. The hotel says there is a 24 hour shuttle, but be mindful that the drop off spot to the airport will require you to take the elevator up to the departure lounge. This is very inconvenient if you have more than one piece of luggage. The hotel did not inform me of where the drop off spot would be and I had to struggle with three pieces of luggage after the shuttle driver rudely told me to 'get out of his way' after dropping me off. Also, there is only one washer and dryer for the laundry services provided at the hotel. Overall the hotel is okay for a one night stay with maybe a carryon luggage, but is a bit is inconvenient if you're planning to stay longer. Also, if you have more than one piece of luggage, it's best to request an Uber to the airport.

Save your money.

This is far from the crown jewel of the Wyndham family. It is a crap hole. The front desk clerks are absolutely lovely and the best part of the entire hotel, other than the folks who clean (trying to put lipstick on a pig). The exterior signage is not lit up at all. You cannot see it from the road. The repairs were done by 1st year shop students. The halls were smeared in some type of fluid. The lobby door doesn't open all of the way, which is a fire escape hazard. There has been significant water damage at some point. What has happened to this once beautiful hotel is a travesty. The people are trying but there is not much they can do when the foundation they are working with is trash. Wyndham, do better! You have a practically brand new place across the street that looks awesome!

The bed was dirty, they gave us throw pillows on a king bed that didn't even cover the bed. The carpet has suspicious stains, the covers have suspicious stains, the alarm clock is broken. Concierge seemed nice.

Staff was very friendly and polite. Room was incredibly damp and musty. Bedding remained damp even after shutting the air off. Even turned on heat to see if it would dry things out. The musty odor is noticed immediately when opening room door. Pillows are inadequate, 3 approximately 17 x 17 pillows in cases are on each bed. No standard pillow was found on either bed.
