This is not the hotel!

I was so disappointed! When we arrived I was met with a burp, and then looked for my room, the guy was eating! I got a hotel with a pool because my families pool was outside and if it rained it would probably be better, the hotel pool looked as if there was a film on the top of it! Even though it was outside I could see the bottom, it was so clear, but they cleaned it every day.Didn’t even get in it! Actually the outside pool looked cleaner than yours. The screen outside the window looked as if someone has tried to get in there, the tub was not clean just less than what I paid for!!! Oh and the mattress, you could see was stained, as if they just turned it over and half made the bed. It was just disgusting. Overpriced for the amenities! I will not do this again! And I called ahead about the pool, and it was disappointing. I hate I didn’t take pictures. Maybe the guy just gave me the worse room he could, I don’t know but it doesn’t matter now.

Dirty smelled mold in bathroom dresser drawers wouldn’t close old linens no fireplace as stated also no utensil foil around stove burners refrigerator dirty and was cracked old. Microwave aweful

Dirty rooms and bath.

Room and bathroom was so dirty with so many hairs and I had to clean the room by myself with dirty vacuum. Bathtab and shower certain Entry of hotel, and hallways are also not vacuumed, and smells so bad. I’m not going to be back to this hotel.

First we were given a room where the room was not even fully closed and the side table had pieces of something not cleaned up! Went back to the desk, given a second room but there was water all over the carpet by the air conditioner and they struggled to bring towels for us to help soak up. Also, people sitting in their cars on a 90 degree day with doors open but not moving into hotel. Just hanging out! Creepy!

The incidental fee is extremely high for a low budget hotel. I discussed the incidental fee with a guy on the same floor as me and he was not charged what i was charged. He was charged way less than what i paid. I don't understand why they did me like that. Then the room was not clean. The refrigerator was dirty. The AC unit was leaking water on the carpet. Then the worse part was the place has bed bug. I woke up the next day itching. My backside has bumps all over it

Reserved 2 rooms to visit family in the area. The rooms need totally updated. Bathroom door is peeling due to water damage, the tube/shower needs to be replaced, no drain cover in shower or sink. Water had a sulfur smell which is unusual for the area. The carpet had many stains and felt rough from attempting to clean it. Will not stay here again or recommend it unless major changes are made.

Lobby and main halls were noisy and a bit smelly with a couple people in the lobby that were questionable. Parking was a bit sketchy too and we felt that certain areas of the parking lot may not be the safest for leaving a car overnight. The first room we were given was already occupied. The second room’s key entry didn’t work twice. Finally after 3 trips between the 3rd floor and lobby, they gave us a room that worked, but it was two standard sized beds instead of a single king. If getting to a room hadn’t taken 40 mins and it wasn’t 11 pm, we would have asked for a refund and found a different place to stay.
