It wasn't the hotel, it was you guys that didn't have the code for them. I got there at 12 at night, and it took 1 hour to figure out how to get them the confirmation code, calling you guys on the phone. I am not using you guys ever to book another hotel, that's the type of experience I had.

For the price it was a fairly comfortable stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the ac worked fine, the shower was clean, had an adjustable nozzle, and hot water. The in room fridge and microwave worked. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was fine. Really, the only two room negatives are: the TV channels were very limited and had the old TV guide channel/no smart features whatsoever, and none of the outlets have USB ports, so make sure you bring a wall charger. As for the facility itself, the elevator was the only area that was showing some age and wear, so I stuck to the stairs for my stay.

I have stayed here for approximately 10 years. I cannot tell you how filthy this place was. Hand prints all over the headboards, white chalky handprints on the bathroom door, whole 3rd floor smelled like cigarettes, trash stacked & piled in the corners by elevator on 3rd floor. Elevator floor filthy. Rolled up toilet paper on bathroom floor. I booked a king bed, the guy put me in a 2 queen room. I talked to a couple in the parking lot, convinced them to stay, they booked from their phone & received a king bed, this was approx 20 minutes after I checked in. The location is convenient, the price is great, the beds are comfortable, but I just felt “ick.”

Window open and I’m on the first floor, anyone could have been in that room. Dirty linens, burn marks on the tables, no towels, a/c or heat didnt work. Tub was dirty and shower handles broken.

The room was dirty….the bathroom sink was stopped up as if someone put food in it. The shower had mold pic attached. The carpet was filthy. No towels in room had to go ask for them. Mirror was dirty. No upkeep at all and I am highly disappointed and sickened. I travel regularly and this is my worst experience by far. I will never stay at a Country Home and Suites again.

This property is old and outdated. There were dining tables stacked in the hallway along with debris. It smelled old and was dusty. The furniture, fixtures, decor, all outdated the pictures and reviews online does not reflect what I observed in person. The jetted tub was not working properly, Traveling from out of state, I was disappointed.

Not good place to stay at all

I booked this hotel for a family event. Customer service at the front desk wasn't bad but wasn't the best I've had. When i checked in, seemed they were pretty occupied with one orher customer. She ran through my check in. Not explaining much. The hotel is very old and need major updates.when i arrived in my room. I noticed my trash hadn't been emptied. Housekeeping was in the hallway came and took care of it. During the night being able to hear thr people over me walking like an apartment living was very unusual to me for a hotel. The next morning the toilet would not flush. When i attempted to call the front desk, the cord on the phone came out and i couldn't put it back. Called requesting maintenance from my cell. As i sat there i noticed a big hole near the bed wall. The phone table was hiding it. I let maintenance know when he arrived. He fixed the toilet and phone cord right away. Upon fixing the toilet. He left water everywhere. There was only two bath towels. No wash clothes or hand towels. Luckily i always travel with my own towels, pillow cases, Clorex whips and disinfection spray. Which is why i made it work. As well as the location was another plus. This hotel needs major improvements

The room was dirty , sofa was stained, carpet very dirty. The mattress cover was for a double bed stretched over a king bed. There was one wash cloth, hand towel, and bath towel for two people. The room next to us was up yelling until 5 in the morning We planned on staying 2 nights but checked out after the first night.

The bathroom was not clean… their was hair left in the shower and I requested for the room to be cleaned again they never came and cleaned it.. there was old candy left under the sheets… the pool was dirty and they had no cleans towels the next morning.

Avoid. Just avoid.

Very, very dirty. Thick dust on all horizontal surfaces above waist height. Dusty lampshades and lightbulbs covered with dust and cobwebs. Broken tile and mold/mildew in bathroom, empty shampoo dispenser, loose toilet seat, loose shower faucet and handle, no cold water from faucet. Dirty/stained carpet. Dirty walls. Bed headboards smeared with “something”, ew. Incredibly lumpy, loud, and uncomfortable mattresses. Deadbolt on door didn’t work. Air conditioner/heater vent CAKED with buildup of mold. Smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night for reasons that still remain unknown. Elevator floor and walls dirty, smeared with mystery substance, trash on the floor, and broken buttons. Smelled like weed everywhere! This place was the total package. Will NEVER be back.
