The room was as filthy as I have ever seen,the carpet looked like it had not been cleaned since it was installed. we should have asked for our money back and left when we were told that if we wanted coffee in the morning we would have to go and buy it for an extended stay there was not a thing in the kitchen except a refrigerator and a microwave that did not work. Never again!!

The room we first wasnt clean we had ro switch room Then the room we ended up with the remote to the tv bsrely worked There was no irom to iron my clothes. The front desk person seems to no know what she was doing. I could have found a .05 star motel that was better than my experience at an Extended Stay!!!

There was nothing in the kitchen you had to by the plates silverware cups etc. for 39.95 totally absurd and the pots and pans was another 19.95 on top of your room rate. No coffee pot or compliments were anywhere in the hotel not even in our room. This was the absolute worst Extended Stay we have ever booked. We booked a king room and ended up in a queen room that was very hard for us to sleep in as my husband is over 6 ft. We actually ended up leaving 2 days early because we were so frustrated and miserable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and you should remove it from your site as it is ruining your image of representing good clean places to stay. I honestly can't say anything good or positive about our 2 day stay here. I really wish we would have left and never stayed here at all it actually ruined our vacation. When we left the attendant at the front desk said he would notify you and request a refund for the 2 days we didn't use which came to $185.94. His name is Dorian Watson. We will be watching our credit card to see the credit appear on it.

This place needs a MAJOR update, everything is old, dirty, and ran down. And the toilet in our room had pubic hairs around the seat. The elevator looked very sketchy as well. Would not recommend
