Beautiful building, great location. Fun for women’s getaway. Great amount of towels and pillows. However, there was mold in fridge, Paint cans out, broken toilet seat, ceiling tile in 2nd floor shower was missing and sink upstairs was out of order. Some of these things could be easily fixed and would have increased overall rating.

The house had plenty of room for the 8 of us and the location is perfect for walking to the multiple sports stadiums, restaurants, and Greektown. Check-in is very easy and there's surface parking and garages nearby. I will definitely be coming back here for future stays in downtown Detroit

Spacious and clean while also being in a great location. Walking distance to everything and the rooftop deck was amazing!
