Disappointing

I did not get the type of room I reserved. The couch in the room I got was broken down and unusable. I did not get free wi-fi and after complaining, the instructions I got made it impossible to get it even at $8/day. There was no room clean-up of any kind between days 1 and 2. It was just generally a disappointing stay.

When we checked in our room stink. It smelled like old dirty water, the toilet knob was broke and when we left there was no valet person. We paid 30 for valet parking and nobody was working… it’s suppose to be 24 hour valet services. The front desk rep had to go and get my car smh.. ridiculous!

The property is nice but the staff is another issue i was charged twice for the same room i asked if i could change the card that i had originally booked with i was told yes thats no problem only to find out they charged both of my cards, and nothing is being done about it, not only did we wait 3 hours to check in, just for them to tell us they were pushing check-in back to 4pm alot of people were there for the chris brown concert

Great property and friendly team. Only concern was the large amount of fruit flies at the bar, that Crete a negative dinning experience. Had to get another drink based on it being prepared with a dead fruit fly in it. Housekeeping staff was very nice and accommodating Front desk team-friendly Waitress and breakfast restaurant-excellent customer service

I enjoy the smooth check in process. Tiffany checked me in and it was a pleasure. She made you feel very welcomed. Joy from the Restaurant was our server. I would come back just to see her friendly self. Looked forward to seeing her at the buffet. I can see why she has been with the company over 30 years.
