We couldn’t sleep on the last night of our stay due to stress and a loss of trust in the hotel’s safety and service. The smoke detector in our room went off multiple times after midnight with no clear reason. The first time, we were jolted awake in a panic.
We went to the front desk several times for help, but the staff were dismissive and offered no assistance. Despite repeatedly reporting the issue, nothing was done. Instead, we were blindsided by a $250 fee after checkout — completely unreasonable given the circumstances!
Even after explaining everything to management, they refused to refund the charge. No empathy, no accountability, and no effort to make it right!
