Not bad. But they claim to charge extra for pool usually, and the pool area has no privacy or maintenance, or a place to relax, it's dirty too and people from neighborhood buildings keeps starring, which is quite uncomfortable. They don't have room service after 4 / 5 pm, which can also be inconvenient. And have told us "no guests will be allowed to visit" even after taking a suite. The quality of service is quite poor, compared to what they charge.

As someone who stays at hotels frequently I must admit this hotel is a gem of a hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is excellent the food was superb my children loved it for the price I’ve paid I believe I’ve got a bargain. As a single father of two young children I’m always on the lookout for safety and I must say this place is very secured. Our overall experience was splendid thanks to the staff at the hotel.

Bad Experience during stay

The reception is not customer friendly. Seemed annoyed and attitude is not pleasant. Swimming pool is free for these type of hotel but they charge USD.10++ per person to use swimming pool. Also there is huge charge list for other services. No restaurant could be used. food was supplied in the room. Lots and Lots of mosquito. Overall Reception and Hotel Manager is pathetic service and attitude provider.

It was amazing during our stay. Everything was so clean and comfortable. And we really liked the view outside and without any pollution. We liked the food also. We didnt get to enjoy the swimming pool though it was covid situation, so it was fine. We felt very safe and comfortable. Hope to visit there again.

Coventina Lake Suites, is an ideal accommodation for medium to long stays. The larger room with a balcony and kitchen, makes it feel like a small apartment. The service was great and the bed comfortable. A few minor flaws: the shower head got very loose by the end of the stay, but upon request was fixed; laundry shrinks clothes to minor extent. Overall, I had a comfortable stay.

Solo-trip of a Russian guest

My stay in the hotel was amazing. The personnel was very friendly, helpful. The room is very clean, very nice view, a fruit basket at the second day was a nice present to me. The pool on the roof is open all the time what is very comfortable. Besides, there are not so many guests thus felt rather relaxed. Breakfast was sufficient, good for my stomach as well. The location of the hotel is very attractive as located in a quiet area, facing the lake (thus it's not so stuffy). On the whole, the hotel also did his best to make my first trip to Dhaka and BD on the whole as pleasant as possible. I think to stay again at Coventina if happen to come to the city for the next time.

Most comfortable stay while in Dhaka

I stumbled across this new hotel on Expedia. I have stayed at the same small hotel on Dhaka for the past 7 years and needed a change. It is a new hotel - the staff were tripping over themselves to assist us. The restaurant is not yet complete but the food is amazing. The Rooms we had were small but they have larger suites if need be. Comfortable bed and pillows. All the amenities - great exercise rooom and an amazing roof top pool. Great for meetings and just chillin 😎. In a good quiet (ish) area - Felt very safe here. We will definitely be back! Jim

It is not a hotel, it is a service apartment which no one in Dhaka knows about it. location & ph. no. both are incorrect. worst stay ever. please do not book this.
