Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
An absolute disgrace to be listed through Expedia. I have been in many countries, many hotels. And, this hotel is very very bad. I do not consider this even as hotel. Please remove this hotel from your website to keep your reputation. Stuffs are rude and gave us room almost 3 hours later. Yes, sitting there whole time. Room was not smoke free even after booking non smoking room. Hard for me to even breathe. Breakfast was supposed to be provided as per expedia but they absolutely do not had any breakfast. Very very disappointed.
