Reservation staff sorted out meal plan issues efficiently. Service staff sorted out room repairs efficiently too. Only problem I had was the buggy cart staff didn't pick me up in time around checkout and so I had to walk to reception with all my luggage which wasn't good for mobility disability.

The Crane is a 10!

The Crane exceeded our expectations in every way. The facilities are so well considered that there is nothing I would change or ask for. The vistas are breathtaking and have now made The Crane Barbados on our annual list of vacation stops. Next year we are bringing the whole extended family. You can choose to be with other guests at one of the many pools or just spend time with your friends and family in your private pool. We were wowed!

Amazing views. Large room with great views/balcony. Suite had a private elevator to underground parking. Very friendly staff. Only 2 areas for improvement. AC did struggle and kitchen could have a few more pans etc. But overall I would recommend it!

we did not receive any VIP access. I didn't realize this was something we had to request!! I believe we should have received a daily food credit which was not offered! we ate at the restaurants / ice cream shop daily and received no credit or discount. We were changed for a meal on 9/18/25 when we didn't even check in until 9/21, still waiting for that credit.

I had my wedding at the Crane, my coordinator Tamisha was amazing and very helpful. There is a lot of walk base on where your room is locates. Some area were infected with rochs, my nieces were placed ina room above the garbage area which caused they room to be infected. The situation was not handle very well with the staff nor management team.

Found x2 cockroaches in my room. Dirty curtain/blinds in the room. Dirty toilet roll holder. Informed manager with pictures and all that was offered to me was for my room to be sprayed with BOP!! She also highlighted to me that I would not be compensated in anyway!?! I have stayed at the Crane x3 times and this was th first time I was completely disappointed. However, Cheryl at the main desk was amazing

Everything about the resort was exceptional with one exception: none of the restaurants had air conditioning when it was so hot there (August). So, we all lacked the desire to eat there and chose a restaurant off premise. Otherwise, I would have never left the resort! Great property and amenities! The concierge staff were terrific!

Beautiful property, very much giving luxury. However the dining options were terrible. Had to go out, at least 35mins to a decent restaurant. Their main restaurant was closed. Also its a waste of money to get the plunge pool because its freezing-no temperature control & its shaded!! Also the hot water isn't hot nor is the cold temperature of the fridge cold. I honestly expected more for what I paid & they didn't offer any resolution or partial refund for the non use of the plunge pool

Loved the Crane - will be back, The room was so well thought out - comfortable, spacious, lots of storage, The kitchen had the basics yet we were still able to create some great gourmet meals, which helped with our food expenses. The restaurants we went to were also excellent. My only complaint was there was no hot water in the shower. The plumber did a repair but still the water was just barely warm for a shower. Other people in our party had really hot water - so it was just our room. Will still return!
