When I arrived with my service animal, the front desk demanded âIDâ for the animal and refused check-in, even after I showed ADA guidelines. My service animal was waiting in my car and not disruptive. The hotelâs Expedia listing allows service animals, yet staff ignored federal rules. Very frustrating and inconvenient.
the window did lose all the way, one of the pillow case have a obviously cigarette burn , smell terrible and the service person did give me the information right write or told me the room number.
