When I approached the front desk to begin the check-in process, the staff member responsible, ROWENA, was handling my registration. However, she did not show any welcoming attitude appropriate to a hotel guest. At the same time, she was engaged in conversations with other people while processing my check-in, which caused clear distraction and an unjustified delay in completing the check-in procedure. This manner of interaction reflects a lack of professionalism and does not meet the customer service standards expected from your hotel, especially since the check-in process represents the guest’s first point of contact with the hotel and should be handled with full attention and respect for the guest’s time.

Dear Team, I would like to share some feedback following my recent stay at the Radisson Blu Doha. Overall, I was happy with my experience. The hotel was very clean, and the general standard of housekeeping and comfort met my expectations. However, I would like to offer some constructive feedback. Although I had email confirmation for a room with two single beds, this room was not ready upon arrival. I had to wait over an hour for the matter to be resolved, which was a little inconvenient. Additionally, the television channels were lagging and there was a limited choice available. I also noticed that the handrail in the bath was loose. I informed staff at the time, but unfortunately this was not fixed during my stay. Similarly, the sealant around the window by the bath was coming away and was not addressed after being reported. These were not major issues, but they are worth noting for future improvements. Despite these points, I was overall satisfied with my stay and appreciate the efforts of your staff.
