Please be aware that there will be a one-time, £20 additional fee for any dogs during your stay. This will be coordinated with Travel Lettings' Michelle, your host.
To maintain a clean and enjoyable space for all guests, we now require a refundable £100 security deposit for guests bringing dogs. This amount is pre-authorized 48 hours before arrival and cancelled within 48 hours of departure after property inspection, coordinated by Michelle at Travel Lettings.
Please note that, due to previous incidents, a £50 deduction will apply if any pet waste is found upon inspection. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep our accommodations comfortable for everyone.
