I would not recommend this hotel for longer stays. Maybe a one night quick stay but sure not long term. Management has a lot to be desired. They demand to come into your into your room every 3rd day, doesn't matter if your sleeping, requested no house keeping or even if you have a do not disturb sign on your door. Hide your costly items!

I was very unhappy and disappointed with the manager at this facility. I called and I told them that I may get in early. The lady that answer the phone. She told me if there were rooms available that I could check in early. She never mentioned anything about me checking in and having to pay a $30-$60 fee the check in early. I told the manager I got there early and I wanted to check in and he told me I had to pay a fee and then I said, but you have rooms available and he said well you have to pay a fee and so what I did was, I did not pay the fee. I sit out in the lobby until he decided to let me get in a room I thought that was very unprofessional. Don’t think I’ll be staying here again. Also the rooms didn’t smell very fresh. Also, the hallways didn’t smell very fresh.

Tub was disgusting. Housekeeping banged on my door Friday morning to schedule when they would come the next day and didnt even come. Ive stayed here years previous and this hotel has definitely gone down.

The hotel is clean and convenient. I love hotels that are pet friendly; however, I expect them to make sure that dogs are kept quiet --especially at night. A yippy-yappy little dog barked ALL night the second night I spent at the hotel. Hotel management needs to be alert to such. Plus, extra chairs and tables should be brought in when the breakfast area is full. I could not sit down to eat breakfast at 6:30 a.m. Thanks, Olivia

The property is very close to the main road - very convenient. I didn't like the parking/elevator suggestion - it was not close to our room - we are senior citizens who didn't appreciate having to hike the length of the building to get to our room when another elevator opened up right next to our room!

One too many roaches..

This is my personal experience so I don’t usually write reviews of hotels, but speaking about the location. You’re pretty close to stores. Publix is directly behind and Walmart is within 2 miles. Speaking on the room itself it is a nice room, comfy bed, suitable shower. But the reason I’m writing this review is because I spotted 4 roaches/ bugs in my room during my four night stay that i cut down to two nights because I’m sure there were more, but I only spotted those few. Therefore, I would not recommend this hotel.
