The entire home consists of an air-conditioned one bedroom apartment, two showers with hot water, a living room with dining room, a personal kitchen and balcony located in a 04 apartment building.
This is not a villa!
The terrace, pool, parking and washing machine are shared.
Guest access
You have total access to all parts of your apartment and shared access to the pool and parking
Other things to note
This accommodation is equipped with all the kitchen essentials (fridge, microwave, oven stove, blender robot) , a hot water device, a washing machine to keep your clothes clean, air conditioning and ventilation for your comfort , a dining room and bar area for your catering so that you feel at home.
We offer you 150 kwh of electricity per month in proportion to the days booked which is normally sufficient for average use.
However, if you want to use the A/C in an intense way, you'll have to recharge at some point . This refill is supported by youâșïž. Don't worry!đ if you are not familiar with this charging system we will help you do it it is very easy đ€
