A very beautiful property facing the Burj Khalifa. The mall was within walking distance even in the heat. The fountains out back were under construction which we did not know prior to making reservations but the hotel upgraded us to an incredible suite to make our stay special and memorable. The staff was super kind and helpful for everything from sending out our laundry to coordinating taxis to our destinations.

Best hotel ever. Everything was perfect!! Staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The location is fantastic. 2 minute walk to the Dubai Mall which was extremely convenient. Would highly recommend this hotel

The hotel was beautiful and the amenities were great. However, when I checked into my room, the bathroom floor was wet and there was hair in the bathtub and on the sink. The shower was also wet, and several amenities—such as soap, a toothbrush, and cotton pads—were missing. I brought this to the attention of the manager, Wassim, and it was resolved within a few hours. Still, the bathroom was not clean upon my arrival, which was disappointing.

I am pretty disappointed with this property. I spent a grip of money to stay at this 5 star resort and I left a Christian Dior shoe at the property in the room. I know exactly where I left it. I tried for 3 days for call the hotel, no answer. My sister even went down to the hotel as I was already out of the country and they were super unhelpful. It's literally an $800 shoe that no one could help me find. I know they found it. I won't be coming back because of the lack of respect for my time or money after I left the property.

This property is truly a gem! The view is absolutely breathtaking, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop that made our stay unforgettable. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable experience. The amenities were top-notch, adding a touch of luxury to our visit. The only downside was that the pool was closed during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. However, this minor setback didn’t overshadow the overall excellence of the property. Despite this, we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway. It’s a must-stay property, and we can’t wait to return!
