Your stay in Var in this pleasant vacation home with pool and magnificent valley view is more than promising. The two-storey villa is located in a residential area 2.5 km from the city center. Access to the house is through the upper floor, where you will find the large living and dining room and a modern and well-equipped kitchen. Also on the same level is the master bedroom with its own bathroom. Downstairs there are three more bedrooms, a separate toilet and a second bathroom. There are several terraces at your disposal. One of them extends by the pool, where there is also a small outdoor kitchen for al fresco meals. Le Val, a small village near Brignoles, still exudes a typical Provençal ambiance and boasts several museums that tell the story of this great region. 2.6 km away is the Lac de Vins, a beautiful lake for swimming and water sports. Also worth a visit are the waterfall of Grand Baou, 4 km away, and the chapel of Notre-Dame-de-Paracol, where you have a great view of the surrounding villages. A little further away, or in Cotignac, you can see the former dwellings of cave dwellers, and a canoe trip through the unique Verdon Gorge is especially recommended. Disliked: Cleanliness
On avait réservé cette maison pour 15 jours mais on a déclenché une réclamation le jour même compte tenu de l'état de la maison : pas entretenue ! On a quitté les lieux dès qu'on a eu confirmation du remboursement.Impossible de rester sur place : on s'est pris des échardes à la piscine, on a eu des allergies à cause du manque d'hygiène (poils, acariens...) et puis il y avait de gros risques portant sur la sécurité (fils électriques dénudés, système de sécurité piscine HS, contour en bois de la piscine dangereux avec des clous apparents qui ressortent, des planches cassées, des échardes, des trous..., tout était sale que ce soit les matelas de transats, les assises, les sols, les alèses, les placards, les tiroirs, les fours... c'était dans un ETAT DEPLORABLE ! Et il y avait des poils de chien partout ! Des cheveux dans les bondes des salles de bains... bref une horreur !Et pour info il n'y a que 3 chambres la 4e c'est une pièce aveugle (en arrière plan du garage) dans laquelle la propriétaire a mis 1 lit double d'1,1m de large (LOL) et des lits superposés. Aucune aération, ni système d'évacuation par une fenêtre en cas d'incendie...Pour info la maison est à vendre ! A bon entendeur...
