On the lower half level, a large 45 m2 living and dining room, with open kitchen fully equipped with its pantry, corner fireplace, living room opening onto a terrace with wood-fired barbecue, shaded by an arbor and its vineyard . From the kitchen, access to a comfortable fully equipped veranda, overlooking a large terrace, and to a bedroom intended for children (sleeping 4 people) with direct access to its bathroom.

The exteriors have been arranged all around the house, in different spaces and different terraces, so that everyone can enjoy both the absolute calm and the beauty of the place. You can, for example, have breakfast, or have a barbecue under the arbor in the shade of the vine, relax in a hammock stretched between two olive trees, enjoy the sun on the large terrace between lawn and palm trees, or enjoy the swimming pool and all its facilities.

The pool area, located on another wing of the house, includes a fully equipped summer kitchen, with a large three-burner gas stove, oven, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, and its bar made of local dry stone. The summer kitchen opens onto a large terrace with teak table and chairs, also shaded by an arbor, and terrace extending onto the pool decks, 9 meters long by 4.5 meters wide. The swimming pool, equipped with a large Romanesque staircase with whirlpool, is 1.10 m deep in half to allow the little ones to enjoy it on foot. On its other half, the bottom is 1.80 meters in diamond, to allow the older ones to dive safely. Finally, its beaches are equipped with sunbeds and sun loungers. A play area for children is also provided with slide gantry, table tennis, a trampoline, and ornamental pools planted with water lilies, and populated with goldfish and koi carp.

The Derroc will therefore be able to accommodate 8 people in very good comfort, in a magnificent setting and with rare tranquility during the four seasons. Walks and hikes starting from the house, or even the animations and the life of the village 'a stone's throw away', like the many markets and animations, the shows of the Théâtre du Rocher, the open-air cinema, the restaurants will delight you and will make your holidays at Derroc unforgettable.
